Cancelling your subscription is straightforward and takes less than two minutes. There are no cancellation fees and no forms to fill out — just a few taps or clicks, and you’re done. Before you proceed, it’s worth understanding what cancellation actually means for your access, your data, and your options down the road.
Cancelling does not end your access immediately. Your subscription remains active until the last day of your current billing period — the date you’ve already paid through. You will not receive a refund for the remaining days. To avoid being charged for another billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. You can find your renewal date in Account Settings → Plan & Billing.

What Cancellation Means

When you cancel your subscription:
  • Immediate effect: Your account is flagged as cancelled and will not renew on the next billing date.
  • Continued access: You can keep watching until the last day of your paid billing period.
  • No more charges: Your saved payment method will not be charged again unless you reactivate.
  • Data retention: Your profiles, watchlist, and watch history are preserved for 10 months after your access expires, so reactivating picks up right where you left off.

Cancel on the Web

1

Sign In to Your Account

Visit the website and sign in with your email and password. Make sure you’re on the main account holder’s profile (not a sub-profile), as only the account holder can cancel.
2

Open Account Settings

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
3

Go to Plan & Billing

Select the Plan & Billing tab. You’ll see your current plan, next renewal date, and billing amount.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the Plan & Billing section and click Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see this button, you may have subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — see the relevant sections below.
5

Review the Cancellation Details

A confirmation screen shows the exact date your access ends (the last day of your current billing period). Read this carefully so you know when your service stops.
6

Confirm Cancellation

Click Confirm Cancellation. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address immediately. Your subscription status in Account Settings changes to Cancelled – Active until [Date].

Cancel Through the Apple App Store (iOS/iPadOS)

If you subscribed using an iPhone or iPad through the App Store, Apple manages your billing — not us directly. You must cancel through your Apple ID settings.
1

Open iPhone Settings

On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app (the grey gear icon on your home screen).
2

Tap Your Apple ID Name

At the top of Settings, tap your name to open your Apple ID page.
3

Tap 'Subscriptions'

Tap Subscriptions to see all active and expired subscriptions tied to your Apple ID.
4

Find and Tap Your Streaming Subscription

Locate the subscription in the list and tap it to open the subscription details page.
5

Tap 'Cancel Subscription'

Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page and confirm in the popup. Apple will show you the date your access ends.
Apple does not notify us in real time when a subscription is cancelled through the App Store. Allow up to 24 hours for your account status to reflect the cancellation on our platform.

Cancel Through Google Play (Android)

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, Google manages your billing. Follow these steps to cancel there.
1

Open the Google Play Store App

On your Android device, open the Google Play Store app.
2

Tap Your Profile Icon

In the top-right corner, tap your profile picture or initial to open the account menu.
3

Tap 'Payments & Subscriptions'

Select Payments & Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
4

Find and Select Your Subscription

Find the streaming platform subscription in the list and tap it.
5

What Happens to Your Data and Watchlist After Cancellation

Yes. Your watchlist, watch history, ratings, and profile settings are all preserved after cancellation. We store your data for up to 10 months after your access expires. If you reactivate within that window, everything is exactly as you left it — no need to rebuild your list from scratch.
No. Downloaded titles are tied to an active subscription. Once your billing period ends, the app will no longer be able to verify your subscription license, and all downloaded content will become unavailable for playback. The files are not deleted from your device immediately, but they cannot be played without an active subscription.
All sub-profiles on your account remain intact during the data retention period (10 months). If you reactivate, each profile’s watch history, preferences, and settings are fully restored. After 10 months of inactivity, all profiles and their data may be permanently deleted.
You’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email right away. After your access period ends, we may send you occasional re-engagement emails (e.g. “We miss you” messages or promotional offers). You can unsubscribe from those at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or from Account Settings → Notifications while your account is still active.
Your saved payment method remains on file during the data retention period in case you choose to reactivate with one click. If you’d like your payment information removed immediately, go to Account Settings → Plan & Billing → Payment Method and delete it manually before your access expires. After 10 months, all account data including payment details are purged from our systems.
Cancellations do not trigger automatic refunds. You retain access until the end of your paid period and no refund is issued for unused days. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, if you were billed after a cancellation you can prove went through — contact our support team within 14 days of the charge with your invoice number and we’ll review your case.

How to Reactivate Your Subscription

Changed your mind? Reactivating takes less than a minute and restores your full account — including watchlist, profiles, and watch history — as long as you’re within the 10-month data retention window.
1

Visit the Website or Open the App

Go to the website or open the mobile app and sign in with your existing account credentials.
2

Go to Account Settings

Click or tap your avatar → Account SettingsPlan & Billing.
3

Click 'Reactivate Subscription'

You’ll see a Reactivate Subscription button prominently displayed. Click or tap it.
4

Choose Your Plan

Select the plan you want to reactivate with. You’re not locked into your previous plan — feel free to choose a different tier if your needs have changed.
5

Confirm Payment and Activate

Confirm your payment method (or add a new one) and click Reactivate Now. Your subscription is active immediately and your billing cycle restarts from today’s date.
When you reactivate, check the Promotions section on the Plan & Billing page — returning subscribers sometimes receive a discounted rate for the first month back. Any valid promo code or gift card balance remaining on your account from before is automatically reinstated.
