Our streaming service is designed to go wherever you go — your laptop, your phone, your living-room TV, and almost everything in between. This page lists every supported device category, the minimum software versions you need, and how many screens you can watch on at the same time depending on your plan.
Simultaneous stream limits vary by plan. The Basic plan supports 1 screen at a time. Standard supports 2 screens, and Premium supports 4 screens simultaneously. If you exceed your limit, you’ll see a message asking you to stop playback on another device before continuing. Manage active sessions any time under Account → Manage Devices.

Device Categories

You can watch directly in your browser — no extension or plugin required. The web player supports up to 4K UHD on compatible browsers with the appropriate plan.

Supported Browsers

Internet Explorer is not supported. Opera and other Chromium-based browsers may work but are not officially tested or supported.

Minimum System Requirements (Web)

  • Operating System: Windows 10+, macOS 12 Monterey+, or a current Linux distribution
  • RAM: 4 GB minimum; 8 GB recommended for 4K playback
  • Internet speed: 5 Mbps for HD; 25 Mbps for 4K (see Video Quality for full data requirements)
  • JavaScript: Must be enabled
  • Cookies: Required for authentication and playback session management
For the best 4K HDR experience on a Mac, use Safari — it’s the only browser on macOS that supports both Dolby Vision and the hardware-accelerated decoding needed for smooth 4K playback.

Device Registration and Management

You can have up to 10 registered devices on your account across all plan types. Registering a device links it to your account for faster sign-in and download access. To view and remove registered devices:
  1. Go to Account → Manage Devices.
  2. Review the list of registered devices, including the device name, type, and the date it was last active.
  3. Click Remove next to any device you no longer use. Removing a device signs it out immediately and deletes any offline downloads stored on it.
If you see a device you don’t recognize, remove it immediately and change your password under Account → Security → Change Password. Enable two-factor authentication for extra protection.
