Sign In to Your Account
1
Open the Sign-In Page
Open the app on your device or visit the platform’s website in your browser, then tap or click Sign In on the welcome screen. You’ll see the login form with options for email/password and social login.
2
Choose Your Login Method
Use the same method you selected when you created your account.
Email & Password
Enter the email address and password you registered with, then click Sign In.
Social Login
Click Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, or Continue with Facebook to authenticate through your social provider without entering a password.
If you signed up with a social provider, you must use that same provider to sign in — email/password login won’t work for that account unless you set a separate password in Account Settings.
3
Enter Your Credentials
If you’re using email/password:
- Type your email address in the first field.
- Type your password in the second field. Click the eye icon to reveal the password if you need to double-check what you’re typing.
- Click Sign In.
4
Use 'Remember Me' for Faster Access
On the login page, check the Remember Me box before signing in if you’re on a personal device. This keeps you signed in for up to 30 days without needing to enter your credentials again.
5
Complete Two-Factor Authentication (If Enabled)
If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) turned on in your security settings, you’ll be prompted to enter a one-time code after your password is accepted. Check your authenticator app or SMS messages for the 6-digit code and enter it within 60 seconds.
You can enable or disable 2FA at any time under Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. We strongly recommend keeping it on for added account protection.
6
Sign In on Multiple Devices
Your account can be active on several devices at the same time, up to the limit set by your subscription plan. To add a new device:
- Download the app on your device (smart TV, tablet, games console, etc.) or open the website in a browser.
- Sign in with the same credentials you use on your primary device.
- Your watchlist, preferences, and viewing history sync automatically within a few seconds.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it in seconds without losing any of your account data or watchlist.- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? below the password field.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Reset Link.
- Open the password reset email in your inbox and click Reset Password.
- Enter a new password (and confirm it), then click Save New Password.
- You’ll be signed in automatically after the reset completes.

I entered the correct password but I'm still getting an error. What should I do?
First, try resetting your password using the Forgot password? link to rule out any typos or an outdated saved password in your browser. If the problem persists after resetting, clear your browser cookies and cache, then try again. You can also try signing in from a different browser or device to determine if the issue is device-specific. If none of those steps work, contact our support team from the Help menu.
Can I be signed in on two devices at the same time?
Can I be signed in on two devices at the same time?
Yes, as long as you haven’t exceeded the simultaneous stream limit on your plan. For example, a standard plan may allow two screens at once. Signing in on a second device won’t sign you out of the first — both can play content independently.

Go to Account Settings → Devices → Manage Devices and click Sign Out next to any device you don’t recognise. Then change your password immediately under Account Settings → Security → Change Password. We also recommend enabling two-factor authentication to prevent unauthorised access in future.
Why does the platform keep signing me out?
Why does the platform keep signing me out?
Automatic sign-outs happen when your session expires (after 30 days of inactivity) or when your password is changed. Make sure you’ve checked Remember Me on personal devices and that your browser isn’t set to clear cookies on close.
